Cupping is a massage modality
that finds its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. Our practice uses
silicone cups to create a vacuum seal on areas of the body where tightness is
found in deeper layers of muscle fibers allowing easier access to problem
muscle tissue. Cups may be moved using various techniques while gently pulling
